- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. Potato cutter that is mounted on the wall observed to be left dirty overnight.
- 2. Dipper well observed to be left dirty over night.
- Corrective Action(s): Instructed staff to immediately clean and sanitize the two equipment.
- Do not leave equipment dirty overnight. Always clean everything before closing. Leaving dirty items overnight will attract pests.

- 4. Dirty mop water observed in the mop bucket from last night.
- Corrective Action(s): 1. Please clean the hoods and increase routine cleaning of ventilation hood to once a week since summer is a lot busier. To be completed by: July 18, 2023
