      • Keep records for invasive procedures including, which procedure was done and the part of the body the procedure was done to, client name and contact information, service provider name and contact information, explanation of and risks associated with the procedure, date of procedure and lot numbers and expiry date of the pre-packaged sterile equipment used in the procedure.
