      • Bottled beverages were observed being stored in the staff washroom. All beverages must be removed and stored in an appropriate, designated storage area outside of the washroom to prevent contamination.

      • The hand sink in the staff washroom was not accessible at the time of inspection. Ensure the sink remains unobstructed and accessible at all times to facilitate proper hand hygiene.

      • Access to the hand sink in the staff washroom was obstructed by cushions stored in front of it. This issue was immediately corrected by relocating the cushions.- Ensure that hand sinks remain unobstructed and fully accessible at all times to support proper hand hygiene practices.
