      • - An accumulation of mouse dropping observed in the dry storage area behind the chest freezer. No indication of mouse infiltration into food products. Please ensure the mouse droppings are safe removed using proper PPE, and the area is cleaned and disinfected. Do not use a broom or vacuum to remove the droppings. Wet paper towel to remove the droppings is advised to limit the risk of stirring up dust and potentially harmful particles.To effectively address and prevent mouse infestations, please ensure an integrated pest management strategy is in place. This should include setting up bait stations, strategically placing mouse traps, sealing entry points, maintaining cleanliness, and regularly monitoring the area. Combining these measures helps limit pests and reduces the chances of future infestations.
