    • Premises meets requirements for notification of intent to operate, additional services and reconstruction/renovation
      • Fail to provide at least 14 days written notice to the health department before commencing operation of intent to operate, name and location of intended premises, operator name and contact information, and list of personal services provided.       • For tattooing, microblading and micropigmentation, after care instructions may include, but is not limited to: Direction to clean hands immediately before touching the site; expected healing time of the site; a description of possible complications and their signs and symptoms; advice on how to deal with slight redness, pain or swelling; a recommendation to consult with a physician within 24 hours if any signs of infection develop following the procedure; cover the tattoo with a single-use dressing intended to cover wounds; ointment may be applied to help prevent infection.
    • For invasive procedures, appropriate records are maintained
