    • 03. Are clients at this facility being protected from hazards (Critical)?
      • Toys which were choking hazard were found in Baby room 1 and Toddler 1. The following were not securely stored:-Toilet bowl cleaner in Kinder/OSC-Bathroom Lysol in the washroom of Toddler 1Chlorine spray bottle or bucket were not properly labelled in Toddler 1 and Kinder/OSCViolations above were all corrected during the inspection.
    • 06. Are proper protocols being followed in regards to client care?
      • The strap for the change table was missing in Toddler 2. Staff said it was being washed. Another strap was placed on the change table. Violation corrected during the inspection
    • 09. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) available in suitable location(s), and properly stocked with handwashing supplies?
      • The following sinks did not have paper towels:-Washroom for Preschool 1-Toddler 3 (no children present)- 4 to 5 Room 2Paper towels were placed in sinks each of the rooms noted above. Violation corrected during inspection.
    • 21. Is the plumbing system adequate and being properly maintained (Critical)?
      • Hand sink in Baby room 3 reached a maximum of 54.2C. Hot water was adjusted at the sink and reached 27.8C. Violation corrected during the inspection.
