      • Permit was not posted in a visible location. Moved to a better location during the inspection.
    • 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
      • Written sanitation records are incomplete.Records need to be kept for daily, weekly and monthly tasks. The records must be available for review.

      • Some food is stored in cardboard boxes directly on the floor. All food must be stored at least 6 inches off the floor.
    • 12. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
      • Chlorine test strips are not available. Ensure test strips capable of measuring 100ppm must be obtained.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • No liquid soap available and paper towels are not in a dispenser. Obtain liquid soap and place paper towels in a dispenser before any food handling occurs.
