- The following conditions were noted during the inspection:An area within the childcare room was used for kitchen operations.Kitchen utensils, including knives and scissors, were accessible to children within the childcare room.No locked cabinet was available in the facility for the secure storage of cleaning and sanitizing chemicals and other tools.All kitchen utensils must be removed from the childcare area and stored in the designated kitchen area (school kitchen).Locked cabinets must be obtained and used to store all chemicals and other hazardous tools to prevent unauthorized access.

- One compartment sink in the kitchen area was used for toy washing and dishwashing.Dedicate the indicated sink for toy washing only.Demonstrate plans to wash, rinse and sanitize toys using one-compartment method.

- 1) Some of the shelving units in the facility were observed to be in disrepair, with the outer surface peeling and exposing the underlying material. These surfaces are not easily cleanable and may pose a concern for maintaining proper sanitation.Ensure to repair or replace them, so that that they are easily cleanable.

- Hard to reach areas such as corners and behind storage boxes had dust accumulation. Please perform a deep clean of the facility and sanitize thoroughly.
- 19. Are indoor play areas and equipment sufficient and being properly maintained to ensure client safety (Critical)?
- Some play structures (example Fisher Price Castle) had grime on the crevices. Please scrub the play structures thoroughly to remove grime before sanitizing.
- 32. Are general nuisance conditions, other than those noted in other violations, being prevented at this child care facility (Non-Critical)?
- There was a basket full of clothes on the floor by the front door. Staff were unsure whether the clothes were clean or dirty. Please ensure the following:- clean spare clothes stored in a sanitary manner.- children's items including their jackets are not touching one another's.

- Chlorine based sanitizing solution measured at 10ppm.- Please replace degraded bleach concentrate.- Ensure strength for prepared spray bottle sanitizing solution measures 100ppm. - Provide and use chlorine test strips to regularly confirm strength of sanitizing solution.
