- Staff member was observed doing food preparation over the children desk in childcare area.Please note that all the food handling must happen only in area dedicated for food handling and preparation.
- 11. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Critical)?
- Following concerns were noted with dishwashing:1) Facility just have access to one-compartment sink in the kitchen area.2) Dishes are washed and rinsed in on-compartment sink, with no sanitizing afterwards.At least two compartment sink is required for any business doing the minimal food handling.One compartment is used to wash and rinse the utensils, and second compartment is required to sanitize the dishes.

- The handwashing was not available in the main food preparation area, where food handling was occurring at the time of inspection.At least one dedicated handwashing sink is required in the food preparation area, stocked with handwashing supplies.

- Serving containers and utensils were stored in the childcare area along with other items.Make sure to store the utensils and equipment in the dedicated area way from non-food items.
