- 1. The corner slabs under the dishwashing sink and ice-cream in the storage area had buildup of grime.2. Grime was also observed under the front customer service area and food prep tables.-Make sure to clean the indicated areas. Include the deep cleaning around the corners, under the tables and in between the equipment in your weekly cleaning schedule.
