      • A staff members backpack was stored on the back area food preparation table and an open can of pop was stored on the shelf above this preparation table.- All staff personal belongings are to be stored out of the food handling areas and away from food, food equipment and food contact surfaces.

      • No soap was available at the back area handwash sink.- Designated handwash sinks must be supplied with soap and paper towel at all times.

      • Rusty metal cake pans and cake pans with masking tape on them were found in the storage shelves.- Remove the rusty pans from use and remove the tape as it is a surface that cannot be properly cleaned.

      • Observed a staff member watching their cell phone which was propped up next to the waffle machine.- No staff personal belongings are to stored in the food handling areas or handled while on active duty.
