      • Fail to dispense eyelashes in a manner that prevents contamination of the remaining lashes. Operator/PSW to dispense lashes for client onto dispensing surface (e.g. tile) and any remaining lashes must be discarded (e.g. eyelashes must not be reused).
    • All reusable items and/or equipment cleaned and then disinfected or sterilized as applicable
