    • 06. Are proper protocols being followed in regards to client care?
      • Inadequate bleach solution was observed at the Toddler 2 diapering station, and no sanitizing solution was available at the Toddler 1 diapering station.Please ensure that a bleach solution with a concentration of 100–200 ppm is available at each diapering station. The solution must be tested daily to ensure it is at the appropriate concentration for the effective cleaning and sanitizing of diapering surfaces.

      • Some children water bottles were observed without name tags.-Please label all children water bottles with their name to prevent misuse or mix up.

      • 1. Push pins and exposed staple pins were observed on some classrooms.-Please cover exposed staple pins with adhesive tape and replace push pins with appropriate protective materials for securing items to walls. This will help prevent potential injury and limit children’s access to hazardous materials.2. Long tangling wires were noted in some classrooms.-Please properly secure or keep long tangling wires out of reach of children to prevent the risk of entanglement.3. Cabinet without lock with stored chemical bottles was observed in Casa 3 classroom.-Please provide suitable lock on cabinets to prevent children access to hazardous materials or chemicals.

      • 1) The ceiling in the hallway was water damaged from roof leaks.-roof is being repaired and then the ceilings in the hallway will be repaired. IN PROGRESS.

      • The sanitizer/disinfection spray bottle measured much greater than 100 ppm of bleach/chlorine.-solution was diluted to 100 ppm**ensure all staff measure the sanitizer solutions after mixing. 1/2 tsp of bleach per 1Litre of water yields 100ppm
