      • Inadequate sanitizer concentration was noted at the time of inspection.-Please daily monitor sanitizer concentration using suitable test strip to ensure proper cleaning and sanitizing of food surfaces and equipment.
    • 10. Are food temperatures during storage and processing being controlled to maximize food safety?
      • There was no thermometer available in the kitchen refrigerator.-Please provide functional thermometer in the fridge and freezer and ensure temperature logs are maintained.Also. ensure there is functional and well-calibrated probe/food thermometer available in the kitchen to assure proper food safety procedures.
