      • Cooked beef burgers were stored 30 C on the grill top. Discarded.Cooked sausage and breakfast patties were stored at 28C in an ice bath. Discarded.Ensure that high risk foods are stored at or above 60C or at/below 4C.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • Hand wash station across from the chefs tables (hot holding unit) was not stocked with paper towel. It also did not have a paper towel dispenser. Paper towel was placed at the sink before the end of the inspection. Install a paper towel dispenser at the hand wash station.
