    • 02. Is all food in this facility from an approved source and/or properly labelled?
      • Four food vendors at the event that were selling low-risk home-prepared food. Not all of these vendors had adequate labels on their products indicating the following:- A statement similar to ‘prepared in a home kitchen that is not subject to inspection’- A statement similar to ‘not for resale’- The operator's name, business name, email and/or phone number- The name of the food and the date it was made or prepared It is the organizer's responsibility to ensure that these requirements are complied with during the event and provided to each food vendor. Otherwise, the food vendors may be asked to leave the event.*** Please ensure that all vendors selling low-risk home prepared products are properly labelled with the above requirements. ***
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • Appropriate hand hygiene was not available at the following vendors:- Juice Junkeez requires a temporary handwash station due to the level of food handling taking place.- Vendors providing samples must at a minimum have hand sanitizer available and must provide the samples (i.e. not self-serve samples). It is the organizer's responsibility to ensure that these requirements are complied with during the event and provided to each food vendor. Otherwise, the vendors may be asked to leave the event.*** Please ensure that all vendors have adequate hand hygiene within their stalls. ***
    • 23. Has appropriate notification been given for the special event?
      • Notification was not provided for the following vendors that require notification:- FOOD = Juice Junkeez, Century 21 and Nodding Donkey, - PERSONAL SERVICE = Jelly Bean Arts, Red Moon, Tanglewood, and Cameron Family Farm, and- PERMITTED PRODUCTS = Smokehouse Mouse, Mathy Farms, Rocky Subs and Maria Bonita.It is the organizer's responsibility to ensure that these requirements are complied with during the event and provided to each food vendor. Otherwise, the vendors may be asked to leave the event.*** Please ensure that all vendors offering food service or personal service, submit a vendor notification. ***
