- Vendor was portioning samples onsite (cutting waffles for samples) and did not have a temporary handwash station setup in the booth. Corrected onsite- organizer had equipment and water available to setup a temporary handwash station at time of inspection. Ensure a temporary handwash station is setup at the booth when sampling occurs (where portioning/hand contact for food is done onsite)
