- Multiple high-risk food items were stored at room temperature. Operator indicated that those food items were taken out of cold storage for food prep. The food items that were not in use were moved into a cold storage container. Ensure that high-risk food items are not stored at room temperature when not in use.

- Routine pest inspection records were not available or provided. Operator indicated that pest inspections were conducted by a licensed company at least once a month. Ensure that records are available or provided upon request.
