      • - Discussed and reviewed with staff proper surface and equipment sanitizing, proper use of sanitizer. Staff was using vinegar solution for wiping surfaces.- Vinegar solution is not a disinfectant or sanitizer -- Observed previously mixed sanitizer solution in kitchen (Chlorine at >200ppm solution) to be used for sanitizing surfaces, discussed this with staff member present -
