- Tongs were observed resting on the handles of the hot holding cabinet. Staff promptly relocated the tongs into a proper container.Ensure that the tongs are stored in a designated container or utilize S-hooks to keep them securely suspended and away from potential contamination sources.

- A gap was observed along the edges and the bottom of the back delivery door, those gaps could be an entry points for pest. Please repair the backdoor, ensure there is no gaps when the door is closed.February 23, 2026: Staff indicated that the work order has already been placed and they are currently waiting for the repairs to be completed.
