Provide the user manual and follow the manufacturer's instructions for use.2) Reusable instruments were disinfected with CS20 for 15-20 minutes.Follow the minimum contact time as per manufacturer's instructions.3) CS20 test strips were not available for the reuse period.Provide test strips.4) A high-level disinfectant log was not maintained during the reuse period.The disinfectant must be tested daily to confirm its minimum effective concentration (MEC). Maintain records.5) Hairbrushes were disinfected with wipes, which cannot disinfect all surfaces of the hairbrush evenly.Obtain a low- level disinfecting solution at minimum such as barbicide.
