      • 1) Dishwasher in the back was out of detergent but was actively being used. - Detergent had been ordered. The detergent from the other machine which is in disrepair was used to in the interim. - Ensure to have adequate supply of chemicals on-site to avoid such issues. - Corrected during inspection.2) The dishwasher at the cafe in the front is in disrepair and is not being used. - Please repair or replace or remove.
