      • Warmer has soiled items in the. Foil that is badly soiled is in the warmer. Cooler with staff items in the back needs to be cleaned and spoiled items removed.

      • Facility needs to be kept in a clean and tidy manner; unnecessary items should not be in the store.

      • The sanitizer bucket solution containing bleach-water was measured at 50 ppm chlorine concentration at 3rd compartment sink. Operator put more bleach into the sanitizer bucket at the time of inspection and it was measured at 100 ppm (minimum: 100 ppm). Preparation area bleach and water sanitizer bucket was measured at 100 PPM. Front area sanitizer bucket with wiping cloth was measured at 100 PPM (minimum 100 PPM)Chlorine test strips expired. Ensure new chlorine test strips ordered and not expired.

      • Staff put a new roll of paper towels at the sink area at the time of inspection. liquid soap hot and cold running water at the hand sink.
