- Dish draining area has a lot of food residue, crumbs and food stains.
- 3rd compartment (sanitizing sink) has scum layer that is orange and greasy. Food debris in sanitizing sink.
- Dishwashing staff cleaned and sanitized during the inspection, thank you.
- 2. Back area for dry storage: trails of grease and chocolate syurp leaking from bags and boxes are on the ground, in the way of dry goods and racks.
- 3. Some food counters, underneath equipment in main prep line and front end for drinks have litter and grease build up.
