- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Back door that leads into garbage disposal area behind the restaurant is deformed, door was not fully closed. Staff then force closed the door to minimize the gap.
- Corrective Action(s): An order to have the door replaced has been made. Until it is replaced, ensure it is closed as much as possible to prevent the entry of pests.

- Corrective Action(s): Do not use the right dispenser until temperature inside reaches 4C or colder. Continue to monitor temperatures using thermometers inside the units.
- Staff have pulled cream and milk products from the units.
- Update EHO if temperatures do not lower to 4C.

- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Dishwasher was run three times and 0ppm chlorine was detected on test strips. Dishwasher log shows that sanitizer is dispensing at appropriate concentations for the last week, including yesterday.
- Corrective Action(s): Manager primed line as new sanitizer jug was just replaced. Dishwasher tested at 100ppm chlorine. Remind staff to prime sanitizer line after changing chemical jugs.
