      • The door gasket, on the u/c cooler door in the burger assembly area, is not tightly sealing the door shut. Cold area is constantly leaking out. The cooler motor is constantly running to keep the food cold, this could cause the motor to break down faster.

      • Repair or replace the door gasket so it can tightly seal the door shut.
