      • Chlorine test strips were not available for testing sanitizer. Operator obtained chlorine test strips.

      • The paper towel dispenser at the front hand sink was not in operation.Operator obtained a paper towel roll holder to temporarily hold paper towel rolls until dispenser can be repaired.

      • 1. The front hand sink paper towel roll was sitting on the countertop. Ensure paper towel is stored in paper towel dispenser. This was corrected upon request of inspector. 2. Back hand sink was obstructed by garbage can and mop bucket. Ensure that there is a clear path to the hand sink at all times. This was corrected once noted by inspector.
