      • **CORRECTED**1. The coffee drink stir spoon was stored in water that was visibly dirtied, and ice melted. Staff discarded water and replaced with new ice. Discussed with staff that ice water should be replaced once the ice is melted.

      • **CORRECTED**1. Debris noted on the door handle of the walk-in freezer and the handle of the small cooler to the right of the freezer. Both areas were cleaned during the inspection.2. Observed an accumulation of debris underneath the deep fryers and the cafe counters. Areas cleaned.

      • The ice cream machine appeared to be dirty, and sticky. The staff member corrected this during the inspection and cleaned and sanitized the machine using a 100 ppm bleach solution.
