      • Food debris accumulation was observed along the baseboards behind heavy equipment in the main kitchen area and the drive-through presenter area, as well as behind the shelving in the walk-in cooler. The weekly cleaning schedule was reviewed.Ensure that the above indicated areas are maintained in a clean and sanitary condition and revise the weekly/monthly cleaning duties as necessary to ensure these locations are included and effectively cleaned.

      • -One of the handwashing sinks at the front area was not supplied with paper towels.Actions taken:-Staff was instructed to refill the paper towels in the dispenser.-Education was provided to ensure that all the handwashing sinks were accessible, supplied with paper towels and soap dispensers at all times.
