- 1) No all staff have proper hair restraints (CDI) Staff put on hair nets during inspection.2) Staff had long/manicure nails; no nail brush was available to properly washed the hands. Not all staff with long/manicure nails were wearing gloves. Staff with long/manicure nails put gloves on during inspection.Practice good hygiene.
