      • Hard to reach areas in the facility were unclean.- The corners and underneath shelves in the walk-in freezers at the main floor and basement.- Underneath shelves, racks and behind cooking equipment at the main food preparation area.Dirt and debris were observed at these areas. Please ensure all hard-to-reach areas are cleaned, and the facility maintained in a sanitary condition.
