- Observation: Build-up of food debris and grease were observed in the deep frying area between crevices of the equipment. (Health significance) - Equipment that is not kept in a sanitary manner can lead to the contamination of food. Accumulation of food debris and grease may also attract pests that can carry pathogens and cross-contaminate food or food contact surfaces.
- Corrective Action: Ensure the deep frying area is frequently cleaned and sanitized according to the sanitation plan. Operator will provide photos of the area once corrected.
