- Employee’s aprons were left out on the counters and not in a designated area for employee personal belongings. Ensure aprons must be stored separately from food storage and food preparation areas.
- 12. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
- Employee is not using sanitizer test strips or test kit to determine sanitizer concentration. Please purchase test strips for each type of sanitizer used on food contact surfaces, and equipment, available on site.
