      • E3, East Pocket Dawg- mold observed on the right corner of the walk-in cooler ceiling and wall.Remove the moldy pieces and assess the area. Resolve the leaking issue if any. Seal off the area during the remediation process.

      • - E-11 – Alto sham after an hour of being on measured at 44.6- East BBQ - Alto sham giving an error message and not working. No food stored in these units at the time of inspection. - Ensure these units are capable of hot holding foods at 60C or greater or replace.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • - E – 19 – hand sink was not working. - E-5 – temporary hand sink – no hot water- Please fix. No food handling was occurring at the time of inspection.
    • 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
      • - E4- dropping observed in the east side near the 2-compartment sink. - East dry storage – droppings observed on the lowest shelf on the back wall. Clean droppings and sanitize the area. Implement additional pest control measures in these areas.

      • - E5 - There is a hole under the pos system on the east side- E4 - There is hole around plumbing in this area- E7 - Floor drain cover was missing- E3- mold observed on the right corner of the walk-in cooler ceiling and wall.- Please fix. All surfaces must be in a good state of repair.
