- Coffee, slush machine area one compartment sink missing liquid soap. Operator put liquid soap with pump at the time of inspection. Ensure liquid soap dispenser is remounted.Staff washroom: ensure paper towels in a paper towel dispenser; liquid soap in a liquid soap dispenser or liquid soap with a pump.

- Food Handling Permit expired March 31, 2023. Email Ann, facility manager a copy of Food Handling Permit invoice from our admin's copy to facility email address [email protected] at the time of inspection. Submit photo once you have a copy of valid Food Handling Permit posted at the facility.
