- Observation: (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION) Paper towel stored in same area as chemical and cleaning products. The paper towels could get contaminated and cross contaminate the hands after hand washing.
- Corrective Action: The paper towel was removed and placed in a sanitary location. Operator to ensure food and food equipment are always stored in sanitary condition.

- Observation: (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION) Alcohol wipes used for surface sanitizer is not safe for food contact surfaces. Operator is aware the label on the container does not state it is safe to use on food contact surfaces.
- Corrective Action: Alcohol wipes were taken out of food handling area. Bleach solution was preppared by operator for surface sanitizing. It measured 200 ppm.

- Observation: (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION) Observed employee drinks stored on prep counters. employee drinks could spill and contaminate food and food contact surfaces.
- Corrective Action: Ensure that all employee drinks and food are stored at a designated area and below food and food contact packaging.

- Observation: (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION) Observed employee putting on gloves prior to washing hands. Employee was coached during inspection.
