- Paper towels in both washrooms were not placed in the dispenser/holder. **Ensure paper towel are placed in the dispenser/holder at all times to prevent from contamination.
- 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
- Few mouse droppings were observed in the washroom closer to the main entrance. **Please remove the mouse droppings. **Clean and disinfect all the affected areas with bleach solution.**Do not vacuum.Notes:1. Pest control records reviewed. Pest control company also recommended to clean the washrooms.

- Side door was open at the time of inspection. - Operator stated that they opened the side door as it was hot inside. **Ensure doors remain closed at all times to prevent potential pest entry. **Operator was instructed to install screens on the doors if they want to keep them open.

- Absorbent and uncleanable ceiling tiles were observed in the meat packaging area. **Replace the ceiling tiles with smooth, non-absorbent and easy to clean surfaces.

- Toilet paper dispensers were not installed in both washrooms. Toilet paper rolls were found on the toilet.**Store toilet paper in suitable dispensers.

- Cleaning required in the following areas: - Both washrooms were visibly dirty. - Ceiling vents had a significant amount of dust accumulation.
