      • Discussed with the facility manager frequency of cleaning of meat slicers.Make sure that equipment that is used continuously at room temperature for the handling of potentially hazardous foods should be cleaned and sanitized at least every four hours (e.g., deli meat slicers).

      • Raw meats, wrapped with absorbent materials, were stored on the floor of both the walk-in freezer and cooler. The operator replied that he will call the owners to pick them up before the end of the day. Please send me photographs of both cold rooms after this is completed.
