    • 06. Are proper protocols being followed in regards to client care?
      • [The facility was using pre-moistened wipes (Sol-U-Guard Botanical Convenience Wipes) that do not have a DIN to disinfect the diapering surface.It was explained that this product is not an approved disinfectant. The operator was asked to obtain and use an approved disinfectant for disinfecting the diapering surface and the facility.]Though bleach and chlorine test paper are now supplied, a bleach water spray bottle is not prepared and available.

      • An area of the ceiling in the toddler area was covered and patched with tape. The operator indicated that the damage was from a water leak. The repair materials have been ordered, and the facility is awaiting the contractor for the repair.
