Internal temperature could not be measured at time of inspection.Dec. 31, 2025: The cooler was not on-site to verify the internal temperature at the time of inspection. The operator advised that they will only be offering shelf-stable baked goods for sale until the inspector returns to verify the internal temperature of the cooler.REQUIRED ACTION: ensure that any coolers on-site maintain foods at 4C or colder, and provide a thermometer inside the cooler in order to monitor the temperature of foods stored in the cooler.
