    • 21. Is refuse being managed in a suitable manner?
      • The waste water containers in use at the event had an open hole in the top. The hole was not fitted to the size of the waste water pipe coming from the sinks. Due to opaque walls of waste water barrels, holes in barrels had been oversized in order to view level of waste water.Ensure that the opening for the waste water hose is fitted to the size of the hose.

    • 14. Does the special event vendor have an adequate supply of potable hot and cold running water and is the water sampled at required intervals?
      • There was initially no hot water available at the dishwashing/ handwashing sink in the bar.It was discovered that the hot water heater was not plugged in. The hot water tank was plugged in and hot water was available shortly afterwards.
