INSTRUCTED TO REPAIR OR REPLACE THE ICE MACHINE CHUTE EDGE WITH A MATERIAL THAT IS SMOOTH AND EASILY-CLEANABLE AND MAINTAIN.

INSTRUCTED TO RELOCATE AND ORGANIZE MAINTENANCE TOOLS IN THE REAR KITCHEN AND UTILITY SINK AREAS TO FACILITATE CLEANING STORAGE AREAS AND MAINTAIN.

      • OBSERVED FLOORS BENEATH DEEP FRYERS AND VENTILATION HOOD IN THE MAIN KITCHEN AREA TO BE HEAVILY SOILED WITH GREASE AND OTHER DEBRIS. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN FLOORS AND VENTILATION HOOD NEAR DEEP FRYER AT ADEQUATE FREQUENCY TO PREVENT BUILD UP OF GREASE AND OTHER SOILS AND MAINTAIN.
