      • The chemical mechanical dishwasher was observed to have no chlorine solution when tested. Chemical dishwashers using chlorine are required to have 100 ppm of chlorine to ensure adequate sanitization of dishes. The operator switched to a wash/rinse cycle using the dishwasher and set up a chlorine bleach sanitizer in the three-compartment sink as a temporary solution. Ensure that the dishwasher is repaired.June 12, 2026: The chemicals will be delivered Monday June 15th, 2026.June 17, 2026: Chemicals were replaced in the mechanical dishwasher. The concentration of the chlorine solution was tested by the inspector and was inadequate. Operator set up an appointment with repair man for June 18, 2026. Operator will continue to use dishwasher as a wash/rinse cycle and the three compartment sink with a bleach solution for sanitization.
