      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Potato cutter was observed to be grimy. Staff stated it was last used last week and it gets cleaned after every use.
      • Corrective Action(s): Instructed staff to clean and sanitize it immediately. Please ensure potato cutter is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each use.

      • Observation: No staff during inspection have valid FOODSAFE. Staff stated they will register immediately.

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): A full insert of raw chicken probed at 9C. Cheese probed at 8C. This is the prep cooler in front of the cook line.
      • Corrective Action(s): Food has been moved to working cooler. Food is not to be stored at the insert level for more than 2hours during lunch and dinner rush. Store food at other working cooler during non rush hours.

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Drink tubes stored in the ice pit observed to have mold growth. High risk of mold transfer to the ice that is used in drinks.
      • Corrective Action(s): Staff emptied the ice pit and cleaned the tubes.

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No sanitizer spray bottles available on the top patio/service area/bar at time of inspection.
      • Corrective Action(s): Sanitizer must always be available when food is being prepared and served. Staff mistakenly put in cleaner in the sanitizer bottles. Fixed the mistake once told. QUAT sanitizer measure 200ppm once corrected.

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Handwashing station obstructed by bucket of water stored in the basin.
      • Corrective Action(s): Do not obstruct the handwashing station in any way. Handwashing station must always be accessible to employees to handwash. Staff removed the bucket.

      • 2. Fan grills of the walk in cooler (Bar) appear to be dusty
      • 3. Scoop handles observed touching the food in the bins and at the insert of the raw calamari.

      • Please have techincian look at the double glass door cooler as it took 2hours to reach 4C.
