      • Raw meats stored above other foods in back cooler - corrected.
    • 10. Are food temperatures during storage and processing being controlled to maximize food safety?
      • Front prep cooler had only small amounts of potentially hazardous foods, however the cooler was not plugged in. Owner plugged cooler back in and 4C achieved. Ensure that all potentially hazardous foods are maintained at or below 4C at all times.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • No paper towels in dispensers at either handwashing station. Ensure that both handwashing stations are equipped with soap and paper towels at all times.
