- All refrigeration units were maintaining temperatures at or below 4°C, except for the cooler located at the storefront near the TSV section containing ready-to-eat meats and a tray of eggs. A thermometer was placed in the unit to allow for temperature monitoring; if the unit does not maintain 4°C or below, the operator was instructed to relocate the food to another functioning cooler and arrange for repair of the unit.

- The black downstairs fridge measured 8C-9C. The upstairs prep cooler measured 6.5C. Both cold holding unit's temperatures were adjusted at time of inspection
- 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
- There was a gap in the back screen door. Discussed repairing or replacing with new door. There were a few mouse droppings under the downstairs kitchens hand sink. No live or dead pests were observed during inspection. Operator will review possible entry points, clean and sanitize area appropriately.
