      • -Food (popcorn) was being used in the Toddler Room for sensory play. Loose food and natural items should not be used for Toddlers because these items cannot be cleaned and children this age mouth things frequently.
    • 18. Is the facility and equipment being maintained in a suitable manner (Non-Critical)?
      • -Painting aprons and a sensory table were being stored in the washroom in the Toddler 2 Room. Please do not store toys and equipment in the washroom as there is a high risk of contamination.
    • 19. Are indoor play areas and equipment sufficient and being properly maintained to ensure client safety (Critical)?
      • -The surface under indoor elevated play equipment in the safe fall zone is unsatisfactory. Please add additional padding behind the slide in the Toddler 2 Room.
