    • 03. Are clients at this facility being protected from hazards (Critical)?
      • There were 4 toy items in the toddler/ preschool area which could be choking hazards to toddlers. The 4 toys were removed.A guidelines is if a toy can fit into a toilet paper roll then it is a choking hazard and it needs to be removed from play.
    • 06. Are proper protocols being followed in regards to client care?
      • There will be two diaper change stations. One is here the other is on order. Safety belt is presentWill be using chlorine as a disinfectant. Are missing chlorine test papers to ensure accurate concentrations.
    • 10. Is a properly supplied first aid kit provided and readily available?
      • Not onsite. Operator will take pictures and email me.
