      • **Manager reviewed alternative dishwashing means after event on 17-Sep-2025. All dishes and food equipment were stored in 2-compartment sink to soak - dishes then washed and sanitized in smaller high temperature sanitizing dishwasher.
      • **Lunch & Dinner service on 18-Sep-2025 is limited to reservations only so that manager can limit number of diners. (~20 people)
