- Meats (chicken and beef) are prepared at home for the quiche tarts. Do not prepared any food at home. All foods must be prepared in the facility or remove items from the menu.

- Personal items were stored with food items.Provide a separate space for storage of personal items.

- Two containers of eggs were left out at room temperature. Eggs were measured between 15.9 to 16.0 degrees C. Discarded the eggs.Store eggs at 7.0 degrees C or below.

- 1) Water at the dedicated handwashing sink was turned off due to a leak. - Do not turn off the water at the handwashing sink. Fix the leak. - handwashing sinks must be supplied with hot and cold water at all times.2) No paper towels available at the front handwashing sink. - Ensure handwashing sinks are always supplied with liquid soap and paper towels in suitable dispensers.

All surfaces must be smooth, easy to clean and non-absorbent. 2) Unfinished wooden shelves and counter observed. - Please finish with paint or sealant.3) Expresso machine drain is not connected to drain. Currently draining into a garbage can. - Please connect to a drain.
